电子科学与技术博士后流动站管理规定

  1. 本流动站设立科学理论型博士后和工程技术型博士后两种类型,博士后申请进站时与导师协商确定申请类型,进站后不得变更。

  2. 本流动站博士后的开题、中期汇报、出站答辩等考核环节均采取博士后导师负责制,中期汇报/出站答辩由博士后导师组织工作考核小组(至少3人,可包括导师)来完成,工作考核小组的组长需由本站相关二级学科的专家组成员(非导师)担任。

二级学科

1. 电路与系统
研究方向: 复杂网络与系统控制;智慧电子信息系统;数字系统理论与通信技术;图像与智能信息处理;医学电子信息系统等。

2. 微电子学与固体电子学
研究方向: 集成电路设计与CAD; 集成电路测试和设计; 微电子器件和微电子机械器件; 集成电路工艺; 半导体材料和薄膜技术、智能制造。

3. 电磁场与微波技术
研究方向: 空间遥感信息(微波-红外与光)、空间与深空通信、智能信息与高性能计算电磁学(正演与反演),电磁波散射与辐射传输、雷达探测成像与信号处理、新型天线与电磁兼容、光导波传输与通信。

4. 物理电子学
研究方向: 信息材料; 表面电子谱; 超高真空与电子全息; 气体放电等离子体及其应用;

Main rules for the postdoctoral research center


1. The postdoctoral research center sets two types of postdoctoral position: scientific theoretical postdoc and engineering-technical postdoc. The postdoc type should be chosen under the agreement of his/her supervisor, and cannot be changed after entering the research center.

2. All processes of postdoctoral research should be under the charge of supervisor, including the proposal, mid-term report and defense. The mid-term report and defense should be organized by the postdoctoral supervisor (at least 3 committee members, including the supervisor). The leader of the committee board shall be a member of the expert group (not the supervisor) of the relevant secondary disciplines of the research center.

     Research Areas: Integrated Circuits Design and CAD, Integrated Circuits Computer Design and Test, Microelectronics Devices and Microelectronics Machine Devices, Semiconductor Technology, Material and Thin Film Technology.

  3. Electromagnetic Fields and Microwave Technology
    Research Areas: Space-Borne Remote Sensing Information (microwave-IR-visible light)Space/Deep Space Communication, Intelligence Information and High Performance Computation in Electromagnetics (Modeling Simulation and Inversion), Electromagnetic Scattering and Radiative Transfer, Radar Imaging and Signal Processing, Novel Antennas and Electromagnetic Compatibility, Light Wave Transmission and Communication

   4. Physics Electronics
